一、依臺北市政府114年3月12日府授兵管字第1140108885號函「行政院2025城鎮韌性（防空）演習訓令」辦理。(Handled in accordance with the Taipei City Government’s official letter Fu-Shou-Bing-Guan-Zi No. 1140108885 dated March 12, 2025, regarding the Executive Yuan’s 2025 Urban Resilience (Air Defense) Exercise Directive.)

二、旨案為臺北市政府重要管制工作，預訂於114年7月17日（星期四）下午1時30分本市全面正式演練，屆時聽聞本市空襲警報聲響，請有在校內的教職員工生配合演練，另應先期對教職員工生實施相關宣導，以建立渠等先備知識。(This exercise is an important control operation of the Taipei City Government and is scheduled for a full-scale official drill throughout the city at 1:30 p.m. on Thursday, July 17, 2025. Upon hearing the city’s air raid siren, all faculty, staff, and students present on campus are requested to cooperate with the drill. In addition, prior awareness campaigns should be conducted for faculty, staff, and students to ensure they have the necessary preparatory knowledge.)

三、7月17日，本島地區實施防空演習(Air-Defense exercise will take place from July 17.)

四、聽聞防空警報(或接獲手機告警訊息)時，應依警察及民防執勤人員引導，就近實施疏散避難(When the air-defense alarm sounds (or all citizen receives mobile phone warning messages is received), all citizens shall follow the guidance of the police and civil defense staff and evacuate to adjacent shelters.)

五、緊急警報音符，長音15秒、短音5秒，各音節間隔5秒，連續3次，共115秒(The siren consists of 15 seconds of long note and 5 seconds of short notes. There is an interval of 5 seconds between notes. The pattern is repeated for 3 times, 115 seconds in total.)

六、解除警報音符：1長音90秒(All clear：A long, uninterrupted siren lasting  90 seconds.)

七、未配合演習管制及演練，依民防法處新臺幣3萬元以上15萬元以下罰鍰(Anyone violates the rules and regulations of the drill will be fined between NTD $30,000 and NTD $150,000 in accordance with the Civil Defense Act.)
